    The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    S.B. 487 - - “A Bill to amend and reenact §8-13C-4 and §8-13C-5 the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended relating to the authority to enact a municipal sales tax under certain circumstances; authorizing municipalities to enact a municipal sales tax at a rate of one percent under certain circumstances; authorizing municipalities to enact a municipal use tax at a rate of one percent under certain circumstances; requiring the elimination of the municipal sales tax or use tax under certain circumstances.”.
